Accelero Bioanalytics Transformed into Limited Liability Company (GmbH)

Accelerō® Bioanalytics, a newly established Berlin-based bioanalytical contract research organization (CRO) with a strong focus on ligand binding assays compliant to Good Laboratory Practice (GLP), announced today that it has bundled its business into a limited liability company (german: Gesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung, GmbH). The Accelero Bioanalytics GmbH was registered at the Local Court of Berlin Charlottenburg on December 22nd, 2011 under registration no. HRB 138796 B.
All key business as well as customer service contracts arranged with the precursor Accelero Bioanalytics, will be continued by the Accelero Bioanalytics GmbH. This agreement will become effective from January 01st 2012. The founder of Accelero Bioanalytics, Christian Lange, will become the managing director of the Accelero Bioanalytics GmbH.
We would like to express our gratitude to all people who provided help and assistance to make the Accelero Bioanalytics story a prosperous one, right from the start. We are also grateful to our customers for their confidence.
This year´s Christmas we are delighted to make a present to those who need our help more than ever:
To the Jenny de La Torre Foundation, Berlin for providing medical help to homeless people without health insurance;
To the Franziscans Monastery Berlin Pankow to service a soup kitchen with more than 500 meals a day;
To the Children´s farm Pinke Panke (Kinderbauernhof), Berlin to house a home for children from disadvantaged families;
